I had vegan options that were filling and everyone was so nice!

Soooo good!! We came in shortly before closing and learned there were no beans, so we were skeptical. But everything was delicious!! The enchilada sauce was homemade! The rice was mouth watering all on its own - moist and perfectly seasoned. Shrimp chimichangas were crispy and cheesy. My daughter had vegetarian nachos and despite no beans had plenty of toppings - she couldn't even finish it. The staff was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the music they were playing. Even though I don't understand Spanish, I used sound hound to ID a song - Ozuna, El Farsante remix 😊

I brought my college swim team here to eat lunch after a swim meet. They were more than happy to accommodate and feed our team. The food was made quickly and we were able to get in and out quickly. The service was good and the food was terrific.

Gave this place 3 tries... Mediocre food and the only difference between the tostada and the chalupa is beans??? 😕 Not to mention that I got charged for hot sauce... Don't think I'll be going back.

Didn't expect a vegetarian section in such a small town, but it was there! The server was extremely polite and kind, and the whole restaurant has a good atmosphere. I really enjoyed stopping by here after hiking the Fiery Gizzard.

They charged us $16 for tip and she wasn't even waiting our table like she should have. Bad light. We were basically sitting in the dark. Did not have food options for everyone. Cost is $56 in all it was ridiculous.

My partner and I were visiting a college friend of hers in Sewanee, and we all stopped in here for dinner.It absolutely exceeded all my expectations. The food was a little above average, the service was fast, friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was comfortable. All things considered, it was a very positive experience.I have other places that I prefer, but I would absolutely stop in here any time I was in the area and hungry for mexican food.

If you like white people, bland Mexican this is the place for you. If you're looking for real Mexican keep looking. I will say the service was good and the people very friendly but Mexican it is not.

Food is not good. Restaurant is nasty. Will NOT be back

Ordered the California burrito for take out. Wanted steak but due to shortages, they only had ribeye which would up the price. Got chicken instead. Fine. Upon arrival I asked about silverware, they didn’t have any. I explained I was staying at a hotel and couldn’t eat this without. The hostess, after being told there was nothing, was able to find a plastic fork. Fine. My issue is my burrito was supposed to have pico and guacamole. Not a bit of either. It did have sour cream which it wasn’t supposed to. So I had rice, beans, chicken, a tiny bit of lettuce, and sour cream. Cheese sauce on top. It’s not like this is scratch made. It’s not hard to do. The chips and salsa were a nice touch. Typical Americanized Mexican food.

The employee's were very friendly and accommodating! The food was exceptionally good, as well as the drinks! Got to try the Whiskeyrita that the manager created! The atmosphere was nice! GO ENJOY YOURSELF AND LIVE IT UP!!

Excellent food and service

Where to start... The restaurant itself was dirty. There were chip crumbs on our seats, dust lining the window sills and I couldn't even bring myself to use the bathroom. Our table had a glass insert in the top with the rim lined in unknown particles and a lovely view of the exposed plywood underneath. We ordered guacamole with our meal and it was literally nothing but mashed Avocado. I ordered the carne asada. The meat was that dry and tough that I couldn't even chew it. The sliced avocado that came on the side also came with chunks of avocado peel. The salsa was pretty good and our waiter was pleasant. Those are the only two positive that I have.
